You distort time at a point you can see within range, creating a shimmering screen of temporal distortion. The screen can be up to 90 ft. long, 30 ft. high, and 1 inch thick, or be a 20 ft. radius dome.

The wall consists of three layers, each distorting time in a different way. When a creature attempts to reach into or pass through the wall, it does so one layer at a time through all of the wall's layers. A creature passes through the wall after being subjected to each effect.

Distortion Effect
Stopped The creature must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or have the Paralyzed condition, as they are suspended in animation and do not pass through this layer. The creature can repeat it's saving throw at the end of each of it's turns, ending the effect on itself on a success and immediately going through to the next layer.

When a Ranged Weapon Attack passes through the wall, it becomes suspended and does not pass through the wall. When a spell passes through this layer, the caster must make a Charisma saving throw or have the spell become suspended and not pass through the wall - the caster can use it's Action to remake this saving throw and force the spell through this layer on a success. Any spell or attacks that are suspended in the wall immediately take effect when the wall disappears.
Slowed The creature is affected as if it had the Slow spell cast on them, but the spell's effects last as long as the wall remains, or until the creature succeeds on a Wisdom saving throw at the end of each of it's turns.
Accelerated The creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 20d10 Necrotic damage, or half as much damage on a success. A creature ages the equivalent of 5 years for it's race for every 20 necrotic damage it took from this effect. Greater Restoration can reverse this effect. When a spell passes through this layer's effect, the caster must make a Constitution saving throw or have the spell dissipate and have no effect. Nonmagical objects that pass through this layer immediately turn to dust.
