roll a d20 and summon maggots based on the number rolled.

you can control these maggots and will them to attack a single target or split it between multiple creatures. 

each maggot does 1 dmg, when 20 maggots hit a target that target receives 1 turn of the poisoned condition.

once a maggot attacks, it dies and is no longer controllable.
