You attempt to cause a creature’s body to become painfully warped and twisted. An invisible wave of magical energy flies toward the target, which must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 10d6 + 40 psychic damage. If the target is brought to 0 hit points they transform into an inchoate mass of inert flesh. A creature thus transformed cannot be restored to life by any means other than a True Ressurection or Wish spell.
