Mastery: Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you may reduce its Speed by 10 ft until the start of your next turn. This effect does not stack, even with other weapons with this mastery.
Thorn Burst 1d8+WIS Piercing
Simple, Ranged (60 ft), Magical, +WIS Mod to attack and damage
Mastery: Black Rose. When you hit a creature, they must succeed a Constitution saving throw or become Poisoned for 1 minute. While Poisoned this way, the creature is Blinded, but repeats the save at the end of each of their turns. Success ends the effect and renders them immune for the day.
