Colwyn's Flood of Feeling

You unleash a crushing psionic surge that collapses emotion, perception, and thought into a single overwhelming tidal force. Creatures caught within the area feel as if their minds are being pulled beneath deep, freezing water, where emotion becomes physical and thought becomes weight

Each creature in the area must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save the creature takes 3d8 cold damage and 2d6 psychic damage.

Choose one emotion: fear, joy, sorrow, or confusion. Until the spell ends, affected creatures have disadvantage on Wisdom ability checks and saving throws, and their behavior is influenced by the chosen emotional state (DM determines exact roleplay impact). While concentrating on this spell you have disadvantage on constitution checks made to maintain concentration
