You manifest the spectral, clawed appendages of the Void Queen. Tendrils of blood red and azure energy erupt from the ground around a creature you can see within range. The target and each creature of your choice within 5 feet of it must make a Dexterous saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 3d6 necrotic damage and is pulled 5 feet closer to the center of the effect as the spectral claws rake across their flesh. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and is not moved.
