A powerful cantrip for those with a proclivity to chronomancy, the target must succeed a Constitution saving throw or take 1d4 necrotic damage. Additionally the caster may choose one of three bonus effects:
- Stretch: the target loses 10ft of movement until their next move.
- Squeeze: the target has the poisoned status effect for one turn.
- Snap: the target takes an additional 1d4 bludgeoning damage, and if the save failed by 5 or more is knocked prone.
For at level-5 the damage increases to 2d4, at level-11 increases to 3d4, and at level-17 4d4.
