The chronomancer saps time energy off the target, draining them for their years while empowering themselves. The target must roll a strength save or take 1d4 strength damage. Repeat this for every ability score: Dexterity, Constitution, Wisdom, Intelligence, and Charisma. If two or more saves are failed, then the caster gains the lost stats as temporary HP. If four or more saves are failed, then the caster gains the lost stats for 24 hours.
The spell may be upcast, at 6th-level the target has disadvantage and at 9th-level the spell duration is permanent.
