Breath of Mab

A blast of freezing air and jagged sleet howls down from the sky at a point you specify within range. Each creature in a 40-foot-high, 10-foot-radius cylinder centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 4d6 cold damage and 4d6 piercing damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the cold damage or the piercing damage (you choose which) increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 5th.
