Blizzards of Jotunheim

As a Magic Action, you may summon the blizzards of Jotunheim in a 30-foot radius centered on a point within your aura. Each creature of your choice within the blizzard’s radius as it is summoned or starts their turn within the radius must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 12d6 cold damage and 12d6 bludgeoning damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.

This action requires concentration but does not interfere with the concentration of another spell. However, a failed concentration check ends both your spell and this effect.
