An in-progress spell developed by the cultists of blood manipulation.
When you cast this spell, you inscribe a a circle of runes painted with blood ink that transforms a living creature's body upon contact. The caster does not get to make intricate changes like changing a person's facial structure. Instead, the person who touches the circle is cursed for their limbs and body to rapidly mutate, often leading to hideous results. In most cases, the recipient of this curse is left crippled permanently.
On contact, the creature must roll a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the creature is completely mutated into a lump of flesh, effectively killing them.
On a success the mutation is limited to the limb that made contact with the rune circle.
This spell only works against creatures who's souls still reside in their body.
