After shouting at the top of your lungs, "Why the long face?", this spell will force all horses (and any other equine creatures [including centaurs]) in a 60ft radius centered around the caster to fall over in shock. All affected creatures will be unable to snap out of the shock of having heard your terrible joke at their expense for 1 hour.
