You let out a horrific, disorienting shriek, causing a 100-foot-long, 5-foot-wide Line of noise to blast out from your mouth in a direction you choose. Each creature in the Line makes a Dexterity saving throw, taking 8d6 Thunder damage and suffer from the Chain Link condition for 1 minute on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.
Chain Link. While afflicted, each time the target fails a Constitution saving throw, they're Blinded until the start of their next turn and take 2d6 Psychic damage.
Link Burst. If the target has 3 or more different Chain Links active at the same time and takes either a critical hit or damage it's vulnerable to, you can use a reaction to trigger each active Chain Link twice. Doing so ends the effects of all Chain Links.
Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The damage increases by 1d6 for each spell slot level above 3.
