You strain a single drop of divine essence from the remnants of Asgorath, the World Shaper, Father of Dragonkind, and the Great Eternal Wheel. This act channels a fraction of the primordial power that once birthed the multiverse itself.

Choose a point you can see within range. A cataclysmic storm of heavenly lightning erupts in a 300-foot-radius, 500-foot-high cylinder. The area is bathed in multicolored divine light as bolts of creation-energy rain down.

Each creature in the area must make a Constitution saving throw with disadvantage. On a failed save, a creature takes 12d6 thunder damage, 12d6 lightning damage, 12d6 fire damage, 12d6 radiant damage, and 12d6 force damage (half damage on a successful save). Structures and objects in the area take quadruple damage.

The storm reveals divine insight (Divination aspect): You instantly learn the precise location, general condition, and strongest emotional state of every creature that fails its save.

Aftermath & Lingering Effects. The targeted area is devastated for 1 year. It becomes difficult terrain littered with craters and fused glass. Any creature that enters the area or ends its turn there takes 4d6 damage (split across two random damage types from the spell). There is a 10% chance per turn spent in the area that a creature is paralyzed until the end of its next turn as residual divine lightning courses through it.

Lore: Asgorath (also called Io) is the ancient dragon god of creation who shaped the multiverse from the First Void. This ritual is one of the ultimate blasphemies—or highest devotions—possible. Dragons view it as both sacrilege and a return to the moment of their birth. Using it risks drawing the direct attention of Bahamut, Tiamat, or surviving aspects of Asgorath himself. Repeated use in the same region may thin the planar boundaries, allowing draconic primordials or shards of creation energy to leak through.
