Cast this spell on any creature and it must attempt a DC17 Dexterity save or be extremely wet.If it becomes wet it must spend it's entire movement to stand up if it becomes prone, but becomes resistant to Fire and Water damage. It also becomes vulnerable to lightning damage.Every turn it must take a DC17 strength saving throw. On a failure, it stays wet and takes 1d4 cold damage. On a success, it stops being wet. On a successful throw it can cast this spell on another creature without expending a spell slot (if it has any) where the save is five less than the save dc it just rolled against.
The cold damage increases by 1d4 for every level of spell slot above 1st if it is cast in this way and the save DC increases by 2.
