A cascade of saltwater explodes outward from a point you focus on, with enough force to overwhelm all creatures in the area. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Constitution saving throw. A target takes 6d6 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If the creature fails the saving throw, it has disadvantage on its next attack or skill check, as it coughs up the seawater.
This will also dampen anything in the target area. Fires can be extinguished, depending on the size, strength, and fuel of the fire.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
