“Voxander’s spectacularly horrifying abomination”

Calling forth unknowable forces of horror, you create a Small abomination in nearest unoccupied space within range (the spell fails if no such space is available). The abomination uses stat block of an Otyugh, a Roper, or a Red Slaad (your choice). The abomination uses the the same stats with the following changes: 

• The abomination’s size is Small.
• Its alignment is the same as yours.
• Its Proficiency Bonus is equal to yours, its CR is None, and its XP is 0.
• Its Initiative is the same as yours.
• It has the following trait: Telepathic bond. You and the abomination have a telepathic bond; as long as neither of you have the Incapacitated condition and are on the same plane of existence, you may communicate telepathically.
• It understands every language you know, as well as the languages it already knew.
• Its Intelligence score is 2, its Wisdom score is 8, and its Charisma score is 1.

You decide the abomination’s appearance. During combat, the abomination takes its turn immediately after yours on the same initiative count, and attacks the nearest creature with its Multiattack if it isn’t given a signed or verbal command from you to tell to do otherwise. Once the duration is completed, the abomination bursts into goo and deals each creature within a 10-foot radius emanation 5d8 Acid damage.
