This spell was first cast by a noted Kenku Cleric of Quorlinn, member of the Council of Oldstones, known as Bird Fiend.
You start to incoherently babble and snap your fingers at the target, extending one of Quorlinns curses to a single creature within range.
The creature must make an INT save against your spell save DC and pass or reduce its intelligence score to 5, the creature cannot think up anything new for itself and must rely on commands from its allies.
The target creature must have an ally expend a bonus action to tell the creature what to do during its turn, or it will attempt to copy its nearest ally’s actions.
At the end of each of the creatures turns it makes an INT saving throw against your spell save DC, if it passes the spell fades and has no further effect.
For every level this spell is cast at above 4th you can target one extra creature.
