Astral Wandering

You project your spirit into the Ethereal Plane, leaving your physical body behind. Your body gains the Unconscious condition for the duration.

Your spirit uses your game statistics and senses, but it has Hit Points equal to your spellcasting class level plus your spellcasting ability modifier. While on the Ethereal Plane, you perceive the Material Plane as a hazy, gray overlay. You can see and hear up to 60 feet into the Material Plane. You can’t interact with creatures or objects on the Material Plane, and you are immune to all damage and effects originating from it, unless an effect specifically targets the Ethereal Plane.

Ethereal Movement. Your spirit has a Fly Speed equal to your walking speed and can hover. You can move through creatures and solid objects. If you end your turn inside a solid object, you take 1d10 Force damage.

Silver Tether. An incorporeal silver tether connects your spirit to your body. It is invisible to creatures without Truesight. If your spirit moves more than 500 feet from your physical body, the spell ends.

Your spirit uses your Armor Class. If your spirit drops to 0 Hit Points, the spell ends, and your physical body gains the Stunned condition until the end of your next turn. The spell also ends if your physical body takes any damage.

When the spell ends, your spirit immediately returns to your body, and the Unconscious condition ends, provided your body has at least 1 Hit Point.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The maximum tether distance increases by 500 feet for each slot level above 3.
