Acceleraise Force Field

A distorted field of accelerated force spreads from you in a 60-foot-radius sphere. Each creature of your choice in the area must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or its speed becomes 5 feet until the spell ends.

For each affected creature, your speed increases by an amount equal to that creature’s reduced speed.

While within the area created by this spell, you can take one additional action on each of your turns. This action can be used only to Attack (one weapon attack only), Dash, Disengage, or Use an Object.
