Touch your tattoo and say the name of the matching tattoo's bearer aloud to sense the direction of their location. If they are moving, the tattoo will animate to show you the direction of their movement. Only works to locate each other (aka the matching tattoos) across potentially any range.
If they are farther than 1,000ft away, it can get a little unreliable. Roll a d100 to determine accuracy (Mishap: 01-05, Off target 06-11, Similar area 12-70, On target 71-100)
Can be used up to 1/day with a successful 3 or 4 rolled on a d4.
d100 and d4 ranges improve at lvl 15.
