Blinding Brushstroke

You make a forceful painting gesture, launching a thick, heavy stroke of opaque black ink at a creature's face. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 2d10 force damage and is blinded.

At the end of each of its turns, the blinded target can make a Constitution saving throw (17 DC). On a successful save, the ink dissolves or is wiped away, ending the blindness. Creatures that don't rely on sight, or constructs made entirely of inorganic material, are immune to the blindness but still take the force damage.
