You conjure a field of electric butterflies at a point within range. The spell fills a 25-foot Cube there for the duration. The butterflies flutter lazily throughout the area.
Each time a creature moves 5 ft into a space within the area a butterfly erupts in a burst of lightning. The creature must make a Dexterity saving throw or receive 1d8 lightning damage and have their speed reduced by half this turn. On a successful save they take half damage and their speed is reduced by 5 ft this turn. A creature receives a -2 penalty to the save for each size level above medium.
If a creature fails the save a twice during the same turn they receive the Stunned condition until the start of their next turn.
For each level this spell is cast above 3rd the damage increases by 1d8.
