"According to Small Party Delegations, Article XXI, Subsection A, Subcategory iii, the answer is no." - Law Mage
As a reaction to being targeted or attacked, you try to encapsulate the enemy in a standard summoned Capture Sphere.
The creature must make a dexterity saving throw or be completely encapsulated in a magically impenetrable orb of blue energy one size category smaller than the creature. If the creature does not make the dexterity saving throw, then the creature cannot attack, block, or move on its own for 1d4 rounds. This duration is increased by 1d4 rounds for every spell slot level used above 4th level.
If the creature does make the dexterity saving throw, they cannot attack for 1d4 rounds, though they may block and move as normal.
