Brain Freeze

You summon the immense pressure and cold of the deepest waters of the oceans in the teargets mind for a moment interrupting thier thoughs and actions.

You attempt to interrupt a creature in the process of casting a spell or making an attack. If the target is immune to Psychic damage this spell has no effect.

If the creature is using an attack action you can cause all attack rolls made as a part of that action to be a roll of 2

If the creature is casting a spell of 5th level or lower, its spell fails and has no effect. If it is casting a spell of 6th level or higher, make a Charisma check. The DC equals 10 + the spell's level. On a success, the creature's spell fails and has no effect.
