Ballad of the Sirens

You invoke the enchanting song of war sirens to either bolster your allies, or hinder the enemy. Choose one of the following options.

Song of Reinforcements

Creatures of your choice within 30ft gain the following

• 1d4 to attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws.
• Gain advantage on the first saving throw it makes at the beginning of the round.
• Gain 1d6 hp at the end of each of their turns if they have only 1 death saving throw failure. 

Song of Debilitations

Creatures of your choice within 30ft gain the following

•  A -1d4 penalty to attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws.
• Disadvantage on the first saving throw it makes at the beginning of the round.
• Cannot take reactions to deal damage.
