Binding Choir

You sing a simple song and try to make other creatures start singing with you. The ones that do so, get wrapped in silken thread

*One Creature you select within range must make a charisma saving throw. On a failure it gains the charmed and incapacitated conditions until the spell ends and have their speed reduced to 0. All creatures that are within a 20 ft. radius of the creature suffer the same effect.
