You seize control of nearby light, bending and shaping it at your will.
Choose a point you can see within range. Bright or dim light within a 30-foot radius of that point twists and flows according to your command. While the spell lasts, you gain the following benefits:
You may brighten dim light into bright light within the area. You may move the illuminated area up to 30 feet as a bonus action on your turn. You can bend light around corners, allowing the illumination to spread into spaces not normally reached by the original source. You can focus the gathered light into a creature you can see within the illuminated area as an action.
The target must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 3d8 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much on a failed save.
A creature damaged by this spell glimmers with radiant light until the end of your next turn and cannot benefit from invisibility during that time.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 2nd.
