"Fireball"

Contrary to the spell fireball, "fireball" does not make a giant ball of fire it instead provides the caster with 1 shot of fireball whiskey for 1d4 healing and temporary decrease in intelligence of the same amount if used in battle it may confuse an enemy as to "why would anyone cast this?" Good question i don't know either this spell can be used as a bonus action or an action while also making the wizard drunk if cast too many times
