Blue Technique

Starting at 3rd level, you can remove space around your spells, temporarily creating a vacuum that pulls things in. When you cast a spell that has a area of effect, you can use a mana to pull all creatures less then or 10ft. outside the radius up to 10ft. closer to the radius. You may spend extra mana points to increase the radius by 10ft. per extra point.
