Word of Essence

You unravel the essence of your ally's existence in this moment and speak their true name with their added words of essence.

Choose an ally within range that can see or hear you. The target gains 2d6 temporary hit points. When cast at higher spell level the temporary hit points increases by 1d6 for every 2 levels above 2nd.

When cast at or above 5th level you may target an additional creature, and when cast at or above 8th level you can target an additional creature.

During the duration of the spell either the target or the caster can end the effect returning the target to the hit point value they were when the spell took affect, this occurs when the spells duration ends regardless.

If the target falls unconscious before the spells duration ends the spell ends. Except when the spell is cast at 9th level.
