Caster envelopes a single piton in fire in the palm of their hand to be used as a melee weapon.  Piton is unable to be handled by another character for one turn or take 1D6 cold damage.

First use against a character deals 1D4 piercing damage plus 1D6 fire damage.

Two consecutive attacks on the same character deals 1D4 piercing damage plus 1D6 poison damage.

Three consecutive attacks on the same character deals 1D4 piercing damage plus 1D6 necrotic damage.

Four consecutive attacks on the same character deals 1D4 piercing damage plus 1D6 cold damage.

 Arcane damage increases by 1D6 at 5th level (2D6), 11th level (3D6), and 17th level (4D6)
