The caster calls upon the darkest forces in all existence to rain destruction down upon the land. The caster contorts and twists all material around them. A deep corruption fills the area around the caster. in a radius of 30 ft all vegetation immediately dies after the caster finishes the spell. the sky ripples and cracks with hell's fury released into the world minor demons enter this world in random pockets in a 1 mile radius and a black ichor rains from the sky and corrupts any living creature it touches and dissolves all material it touches. each drop of ichor deals 1d8 necrotic damage each round to each structure it touches and each living thing it touches.
the caster not only is not immune to the ichor but also suffers great backlash from even finishing the spell. the caster takes a reduction of 1d8 per spell level to their max hp and suffers 3 levels of exhaustion. additionally the caster cannot gain back their max hp until all the exhaustion is restored first
notes: effected range is 1 mile but dnd beyond only likes ft :/
