Blazing Halo

For the duration, you emit a ring shaped emanation.  All creatures of your choice between 5 & 10 feet of you must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 1d6 Fire damage and 1d6 radiant Damage on a failed save and half damage on a successful one.  At the end of each of your turns, they must make the same saving throw again or take the damage again.

At Higher Levels. The fire damage of this spell increases by 1d6 for each spell slot level above level 2 you cast it with.
