You control another creature's body with psychokinesis. In effect, the target be comes a marionette. It knows instinctively that someone else is pulling its strings, though, and its probably mad as all get-out.
Choose one creature that you can see within range. The creature must succeed on a Strength saving throw. If it fails, you gain rudimentary control over its limbs; the creature cannot control the actions, bonus actions, movement, or reactions they take on their own turn. If it succeeds, the spell fails. On your turn, you may use a bonus action to issue commands, which the creature follows on their turn. You can make the target stand up, sit down (fall prone), move with their walking speed, turn around, etc. with their movement. You can force them to use their action to dodge, dash, disengage or even make one weapon attack, but the attack is made with disadvantage. Alternatively, you can completely disable any movement, causing the creature to be restrained.
The target can’t be forced to speak. In fact, it keeps control over its own voice and can say whatever it likes. The target must stay within range or the spell ends. If the body is forced to do something obviously suicidal, like walking off a cliff or poking at a red dragon, the victim can repeat the saving throw, ending the spell on a success.
At the end of each of its turns, the target may repeat the Strength saving throw, ending the spell on a success.
