(This spell is meant to be used as an incentive for the players to stop the BBEG, it is not meant to be a level nine spell nor is it meant to be used by a player. Its casting time is also forced to be 1 Action due to restrictions but in reality, it is actually 100 hours)

Aarovos's Planar Rupture is the ultimate invocation of planar obliteration, unravelling the very fabric of reality. When you cast this spell, you tap into the primal forces of creation and destruction, collapsing an entire plane into a singularity of annihilation.

Effects:

Planar Instability: Upon beginning to cast this spell, a radius of 1000 miles centred on you becomes unstable.
-Tremors: Earthquakes shake the land, causing fissures that lead to the Astral Plane. All creatures within range must succeed on a DC 26 Dexterity saving throw or fall into these fissures, taking 10d10 force damage.
-Arcane Turmoil: magic within the radius goes wild. Whenever a spell is cast, roll a d100. On a roll of 1-10, the spell fails and triggers a random effect from the Wild Magic Surge table.

Reality Collapse:
At the start of your next turn after casting, reality begins to unravel in the affected area, reality begins to unravel in the affected area. All non-artifact objects and structures disintegrate to dust. Creatures within the radius must make a DC 25 Constitution saving throw or take 15d12 necrotic damage and be reduced to 0 hit points. On a successful save creatures take half as much damage only. (Any creature killed by this effect is erased from existence, leaving no soul to resurrect.)

Expanding Instability:
The planar instability created by this spell leaks through all portals to other realms, affecting a 1000-mile radius from the portal's location of the other plane that it connects to. (This effect can only happen once on each other plane) If there is a connection to a demiplane through which the spells chaos can seep then that demiplane is instantly destroyed. The 1000-mile radius on the other planes is affected by both the Planar instability and the Reality Collapse features of this spell; however it does not suffer the Singularity event.

Singularity Event:
At the end of the spell's duration, you unleash a singularity at the centre of the affected area.
-All Matter Collapses: The singularity pulls all matter within the plane upon which the spell is cast toward it. Creatures and objects are sucked in unless they succeed on a DC 30 Strength saving throw. Those that fail take 20d12 force damage, ignoring resistances and immunities.

Caster Sacrifice
Upon completing the spell, the caster is consumed in the collapse, they do not get a save. The caster cannot be resurrected by anything other than a Wish spell cast by a greater god tier entity, and even then, only if the multiverse remains stable.
