Wind Blade

You conjure a blade of pressurized, sharp wind and launch it at a creature you can see within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 3d8 slashing damage.

Whether the attack hits or misses, the blade explodes into static electricity as it flies past. Each creature standing within 5 feet of the target must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 2d6 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
