You overwhelm a creature with supernatural affection, approval, and an irresistible desire to earn your praise.
Choose one humanoid you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or become charmed by you for the duration.
While charmed in this way, the creature regards you as a beloved companion and eagerly seeks your approval.
On each of your turns, you can use a bonus action to issue a simple command (such as Come, Stay, Fetch, Drop It, Guard, or Follow). The target immediately uses its reaction, if available, to obey the command to the best of its ability.
You can also use your action to take direct and precise control of the target. Until the end of your next turn, the creature takes only the actions you choose and doesn't do anything that you don't allow it to do. During this time, you can also cause the creature to use a reaction, but this requires you to use your own reaction as well.
The creature will not obey commands that are obviously suicidal, though it may willingly place itself in danger to protect you or earn your approval.
Whenever the target takes damage it can repeat the saving throw, ending the spell on a success.
