Clayskin

You make yourself or another person, including weapons, armor, clothing, and other belongings, look different until the spell ends or until you use your action to dismiss it. The target can seem 1 foot taller or shorter, thin or fat. They weigh 10 lbs more and have the same ability scores as before. If they take damage while in this form their exterior begins to break revealing their true form beneath.
