Create an area filled with the breath of the North. Each creature who  begins their turn in the area or enters it for the first time on their turn must succeed a Constitution saving throw or have their remaining movement halved. Creatures who are resistant or immune to Cold automatically succeed.

At Higher Levels. When cast using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the spells range extends to 60ft and radius extends to 20ft. 

When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, Cold resistant creatures no longer automatically succeed and the movement of creatures who fail the save becomes 0. 

When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level or higher, creature who fail their save now also can only take an action or bonus action and if an attack action is taken, they can only use one attack. If a creature fails 3 saves in a row, they gain a level of exhaustion.
