Active Mutation is a dangerous spell for both the caster and the victim. The spell is simple: the wizard first makes an intelligence roll; if they manage to get 15 or higher, it's successful. If they fail, you can decide whether to stop or roll a d4 to take necrotic damage where the spell was going to be cast and then re-roll the d20. If the roll is successful, they can say 'Active Mutation.' After saying it, they have 5 seconds to touch someone. When they touch someone, the person touched will collapse and start mutating grotesquely, growing arms and legs from every orifice and disfiguring their facial features. But the spell leaves terrible sequels: first, after mutating someone, you roll a d5 and the result will determine necrophage damage on the limb where it was cast. After that, roll a d20; if you roll 5 or less, you get one turn to act, but at the end of that turn, your character will collapse to the ground for 1 turn.
