An invisible barrier dome springs up in a 15 foot radius centered on you. This barrier protects all within it from the harsh effects of cold weather. Inside the dome, the temperature is a consistent 75 degrees, and is dry.
If used in combat, the spell lasts 10 minutes. The dome grants all within it Resistance to Cold damage, and grants advantage on Saving Throws involving cold/ice/etc. Dragon Ice Breath will destroy the dome with one breath, but during that first breath, all will have resistance to Cold damage.
You must wait at least 2 hours between castings or suffer one level of Exhaustion.
