Caress of the Nine Hells

After selling your soul to the Lord of the Nine Hells himself, Asmodeus has granted you the power to channel the energies of the hells into a singular attack. You cause a grotesque, nine-fingered hand to emerge from a miniature portal. Each finger pulses with a different form of energy, representative of each level of hell. It reaches out, softly caressing the target. If this effect reduces the target to zero hit points, the creature's soul is ripped from it's body and taken to the Halls of Perpetual Torment, where it is ravaged by Erinyes for all eternity.

You may use this effect once per long rest.
