Target a creature you can see. Draw all the heat away from the target, encasing it, and all it wears in a layer of ice, dealing 9d8 cold damage.
Target must make a Constitution saving throw, on success it recives half the damage and breakes away from the ice.
On fail it takes full damage and becomes brittle.
While brittle it has valnurablity to bludgeon and force damage, but gains resistance to cold damage.
It's speed is halved and it has disadvantage on the first attack roll it makes each turn.
On it's turn it can spend an action to repeat the saving throw and try to break free from the ice.
The Ice can also be broken when target takes fire damage greater than your sorcerer level.
