Black Lightning (S)

You call forth a bolt of black magic infused lightening that forks and strikes down on up to 3 targets within 20 feet of center point of the spell. Each target must make a DEX save. Targets take 4d12 lightening damage and are stunned until the start of their next turn on a failed save, or half as much and are not stunned on a successful one.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d12 for each slot level above 4th.
