Whispering Wind

You create a whispering wind that can carry messages to allies and distract enemies. The wind carries your whispered message to a creature of your choice within range and imposes a distracting effect on nearby enemies. You can whisper a message of up to 5 words, and the whispering wind carries it to a creature of your choice within 60 feet. The creature hears the message as a soft whisper.  Enemies within a 10-foot radius of the target and the target itself must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, they have disadvantage on Perception checks for the duration.

The spell’s range increases by 30 ft. when you reach 5th level (90 ft.), 11th level (120 ft.), and 17th level (150 ft.).
