Wraith Strike

You channel the power of a wraith into your next attack. The next successful spell or melee attack you make within the duration deals additional 7d8 necrotic damage and reduces the target's maximum hit points by half the necrotic damage dealt.

The damage dealt by Wraith Strike increases by 1d8 for each spell level above 4th.
