Winter

You clap your hands, creating a massive area of magical winter centered on yourself. Frost spreads outward, filling a 250-foot-radius sphere with falling snow, freezing winds, and thick ice.

While inside the Winter:

• The area becomes difficult terrain.
• Creatures have their speed reduced by 5 feet.
• Creatures cannot benefit from movement speed increases while inside the area.

The winter affects the entire area equally, creating a frozen battlefield.

You may dismiss or reactivate Winter with another clap.
