You answer the attack with a condemning burst of divine light. The triggering creature must make a Constitution saving throw.

On a failed save, the target takes 2d8 Radiant damage and has the Blinded condition until the end of the current turn. On a successful save, the target takes half as much damage only.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The damage increases by 1d8 for each spell slot level above 2.
