This projectile cuts through air with ease, impacting the target with brutal speed, this attack lands a critiacl hit on a d20 roll of 18, 19 as well as 20.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the cold damage increases by 1d6 for each spell slot above 1st.
